In 1 Thessalonians 5 all calls the people to put on the breastplate of faith and love and to wear the helmet of the hope of salvation, which is reminiscent of The armor of God that is spoken about in Ephesians it calls into question whether these are the two most important parts of armor for Paul. I believe that that may be the case as he makes the case that love is above all things and salvation was a topic spoken of in the prior chapter specifically around the process of sanctification.
