In 2 Chron 26, we see that King Uzziah was blessed wonderfully by God. After a time, he became proud and entered presumptuously into the temple, aiming to do things that were not for him. God immediately afflicted him with leprosy and he was cast out from his kingdom as punishment, in accordance to the law.
